1 Deadlift + 2 Hang Power Snatches + 3 Full Power Snatches (each side)
3-5 sets – Increase the load after 2 sets at any given weight, with the last 2 sets completed at their workout weight.
With their Wall Ball load, perform:
10 Front Squats + 5 Thrusters
5 x 1 Front Squat + 1 Wall Ball
10 Wall Balls
