Warm-up (No Measure)

Junkyard Dog Warm-up

P2 sits on ground with legs extended and arms raised parallel to the ground.

P1 starts the warm-up by standing behind P2’s right arm and then hops over P2’s right arm, legs, and then left arm.

P1 is always facing the way they are jumping. Those three jumps count as 1 rep.

P1 goes the opposite way for rep 2 and continues back and forth jumping over P2 for a total of 10 reps.


Then, P1 goes into the plank position. P2 jumps over P1 and then crawls under a total of 5 times.


Workout Prep

Warm-up (No Measure)

As a group, perform 2 rounds with a PVC.

1 x 7 Squat Snatches (reset every rep)

1 x 6 Squat Snatches (any how)

1 x 5 Squat Snatches

They should be close to their weight for their first set of 5 after this set of 5.
