Our sports performance classes are coached by former OSU athlete, Jonas Dahl, and are available for 8th-12th boys and girls. Coach Dahl spent the majority of his undergrad as a both an athlete and an intern coach with Oregon State’s Sports Performance staff. Athletes can expect programming specific to the needs and demands of their intended sport, and benefit from working in a team environment alongside other athletes
